Ok, the app simply gives you the default admin pasword for major manufacturers routers, including a generic one. It also gives the network info needed to web-page to the router for set up. A plus is that it will automatically open a web page to the router log in page. The app isn't magic, but does supply info conviently and works without a hitch. It's a solid 4 Star app but being free bumps it to a 5.

Works great. Found upstream router and I just needed the admin password to enable wifi on that too. Read IDSID. Didn't tell me or let me change the password. :( I have a frontier modem router. I guess there's also a question how do we know the dev isn't sending our network router password to himself to hack users, seems possible but we just have to trust. Also I have 2 wifi speeds which showed up but couldn't find menu for on/off control of the higher speed wifi port. Thanks dev!!!

Overall, the app is great in spite of the many ads that keep popping up. It is not possible to modify the name of a connected device. If it is my Lenovo K13 Note for instance I could like to change it to "MyPhone". Please do something about it.
